I read somewhere that in the Unified console there is a place to print labels for the new 500 series phones. Can anyone verify this, or provide a link to a template? Thanks

on the tool. in flexible key programming there is a check button for key setting and label settings. this will allow you to select the phone on the right of the page and show available buttons.
you can save and copy to all phones and it will pull in the name from extension list if filled in

Would the 500 series phones be in there? Also you have to be connected to the system right? Is there no other place to get this?

The latest version of the tool has the 500 series phones and you can setup an off line system and print labels or from a backup file
