I'm sure lots of people have run into this because there are boards all over the web with people saying that they can not print/preview html e-mails from Outlook 2000.

Basically, that's the situation I'm facing. Plain text and Rich text mails are fine, HTML mails are fine to view and open, but the Print Preview option is disabled and when I click on Print I can not print the mail's contents.

Can anyone please point me in the direction of the solution to this problem? I think I read that in Outlook XP you can set a reg key to convert HTML mails to plain text - while not ideal, that would be a lot better than the current situation.

Any idea?
Help much appreciated.

Cheers,
Dan.

I've had a similar prob. To get around this, depending on version click, tools, options, e-mail options, then check the box 'read all mail as standard text'.

This isn't a brilliant fix as it puts all e-mail in plain text but it works.

Hope that helps

I've never had a problem printing or previewing HTML email in OL2K.

Do you use Word as your mail editor? If so then you may need to turn it off to print/preview HTML in OL2K.

Cheers.
