Printing from OneWorld Xe 7.3.3 to HP Line Printer

We're trying to print a customized copy of the the pay advises (copy of R77233) on our HP line printers. However, they are not printing properly - no line feeds or line feeds for every item/field. Have you ever encountered this situation, and, if so, how did you resolve it?

We are running OW Xe 7.3.3 version 20.
