Printing from Active X Viewer

When printing from Active X Viewer in Crystal 8.5 the paper size defaults to Letter, even though

- Windows printer defaults are A4
- Crystal report is saved with 'No Printer' option

Does anyone have any idea how to get the report to print to A4 by default?

Did you ever resolve this issue? I am experiencing the same issue.

try setting the page size to A4 in printer setup in designer, i had the same problem ages ago and i think that is how i resolved it
