I upgraded a client of mine from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows XP professional. When they print dental insurance forms on their HP Laserjet 2100 it takes upwards of 45 seconds to print a single form now. It printed in a couple of seconds under NT.
I have checked with the software app people and they recommended downloading the latest driver from HP, (which I have done, no success).
Another suggestion was to change from rafter to vector graphics printing. Any ideas how to do that?
