Printing Envelope -- error message / then incorrect orientation

I have one PC having trouble printing envelopes to a specific printer. Other PCs can print to the printer with no problems.

When this person sends an envelope to print (from Word 2000), she gets a message "there is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font". When she "ok"s this message, the envelope data prints, but portrait instead of landscape on the page.

I have tried installing a new printer driver with no success.

Any ideas?

People have been dealing with this issue for years.

I suggest getting rid of the problem altogether by trying my Envelope tweak:
