When you right click on a table in Enterprise Manager and select Open Table and Return All Rows you get a nice screen of your data in the table. Is there a way to send table data to a printer in a format like this from within SQL Enterprise Manager. Currently I'm going to Access to print the data but it seems like such a simple thing that I wonder if I haven't missed something that would allow me to print directly from Enterprise Manager. Thanks for any suggestions of any kind to find an easier way to manage this task.

The only way I've found to do this is to copy & paste... It would be a nice feature to have though... J. Jones

Very interesting. I didn't think you could copy because I hadn't been able to highlight more than one cell but I just tried it and found I could highlight a whole column by clicking on the column heading and with the shift key select the first and last column to select the table and then I could copy and paste. This will be very helpful. Thank you.
