Is there a way to print just the data from a form
without it printing the gui. I just want the data
to print...nothing else.
Maybe create a print header that would go at the top of
the printed page.
I would like to be able to print records from forms
without it showing the form. I have a list of
ip addresses and computer names etc setup in a database
with a form for ease. I want to be able to print
a page with headers for each box. IP address and under that
the list of ips that I specify from the forms.
Am I making sense?
Thanks for the help!

Larry,

You need to research reports and/or queries.
Look at the Northwind database and view some of their
samples in design view.

Yes, you can easily do this for a form or report. Simply go to the Page Setup option (under File on the menu) when the form is selected. On the Margins tab of the Page Setup dialog box, click Print Data Only.

jiqjaq,
Thanks for the info,
but when I choose print data only
there aren't any type of headers printed
and it prints the command buttons
on the form as well.

WayneRyan,
Thanks for the input.
I will do some research
on reports and queries.

You could try selecting View/Datasheet View and then print that. That prints headings.
