I am using crystal 11. I created a report that will produce mulitple labels. Currently if there is more data then the label can fit the label will chop that data (baiscally 1 label per item). I want to be able to produce a label so that if more data exists it goes to a second label. For example: I have 10 lines worth of data and the label can only fit 5 lines. I want the first 5 lines to print on label 1 then next 5 lines on label 2. If more lines exist then another label is used. After these have been printed continue to the next label to print the next set of data. Is this possible to do in crystal and if so how?

thanks

Use Detail A for the content that fits in 1 label and Detail b for the spillover content. Suppress Detail B if there is no content spillover.
