Printing Collate within a Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 Application

Hello Everyone:

our client access their app Citrix client to Citrix metaframe server 1.8. when they try to print 2 or 3 copies of the report from their app and want to use collate feature. Even though the printing setting shows collate is check on but when printed, it is not. Our client is using lexmark T420 printer. when printing locally within word or other app. the collate feature work. it doesn't in an citrix environment.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

At first guess I'd say it was a driver incompatibility between server and workstation, but can you do it from the console ok?

Hi,

When we refer to the console we mean the screen keyboard and mouse where the server is located NOT by RDP or ICA!
