We need to print cheques from cashbook which is something that should have been implemented by our business partner but unfortunately not. We are running cashbook 5.3A and it is Intergrated with ACCPAC AP 5.3A(sp1),AR 5.3A and GL 5.3B
any guidelines would be appreciated.

Printing checks from Cashbook works out of the box, there are standard check reports with different layouts.
What's the problem?

When printing i follow the following steps
1. go to "cashbook transactions" then "cheque/reciept/deposit forms"
2. Select cheque and then the bank code we supposed to be paying from.
3. select a batch that i want to print the cheque for
4. Select destination to be window and alignment source to be Void checks(VD) then print
I then get the following error
"An error occurred while printing E:\WINACCT\CB53A\ENG\CBCHQB.RPT"
when i click ok, it brings up a dialog box that says "File not found".

Well here's the problem: "File not found"
Does the file exist?

And does E:\WINACCT\CB53A\ENG\CBCHQB.RPT exist?

Yes the file exists

Can you print other CB reports, or another check?

Yes other reports can be printed, i tried cashbook transaction reports and successfully printed the batch list report.

Sounds like its time to call back the BP.

I guess you are right, I appreciate all your efforts.
