Lexmark z55 windows xp pro - installed new cartidge and now can't get anything to print - any ideas (LExmark site is useless - same as the printers!)

Actually I like lexmark printers.
You have to "prime" a new cartridge.
Look in your start menu for your printer folder and you will find many utilities. There is one such utility for setting up a new cartridge and another utility to get the ink flowing, also there is a test page to work with there.
