Printing Access Field Lists 1

I've been asked to print the field lists for our Access database. My supervisor wants a list similar to the FoxProx field lists she used to get (field name, data type, field length, index).

Anyone have any info on how I can go about extracting this information, without having to copy longhand? I've looked through my resources and haven't come up with anything helpful. All I seem to find is how to print specific records, or field lists with record information and not the other information that is needed.
