printing 2 blank pages + extra document

interesting one:

I have a network with 20 PC's, several printers all printing through 2003 server, office 2003.

One user (jen) a few weeks back had a problem saving a document in word.

Now when anyone on the network prints on any printer they get 2 blank sheets + jen's document + the documents being printed.

Any ideas?

It is possible to print a header sheet with every job. Sounds like the header sheet has become Jen's document plus two blank pages.

With Windows XP, you set this property by:
1) Right-click the printer in the Printers control panel
2) Choose the Properties...Advanced tab
3) Click the "Separator Page" button

If Jen is an administrator, it is possible for her to change the setting for all the other users.
