Printers SOMETIMES don't autocreate

Windows 2000, SP4 Citrix XP 1.0 FR 2.

Plain and simple: SOMETIMES when users login to published applications (a variety of users, printers and published apps) their printers are NOT autocreated. Sometimes they are. When this happens the fix is sometimes having the user logout of the published app and back in. Sometimes that won't work and we have to have the user reboot. Sometimes that won't work and we delete the user's Citrix profile from the app server.

Notice all the "sometimes"????

We ran into this problem with several users. We had to update their Citrix Client (PN full version) to 7.x from 6.2 or 6.3....we use the UPD for all auto-created printers.

Thanks, we have a mixture of client versions out there so I will have to see if this occurs on those with the version 7 client or not.
