I have a user that when trying to print her emails, the printers will disapear. If I have her restart her computer the printers will reapear. After awhile of using her email and she tries to print again the printers will disapear again. She was using Outlook 98', so I upgraded her to Outlook 2000, thinking that the outlook program was corrupted. I tried turning the printer off and then on again (I read somewhere that the spooler on the printer might affect the computer) but, it is still happening. Any ideas???
