Printers confusing me

Hi All

I have a ris image built with a printer installed on it I have done the following

1. Created Local port - \\server2\bus1laser
2. Set the required parameters eg A4.

When I logon to one of these machines as administrator the setting is A4 but when I logon as a test user it says Letter.

Is this a profile problem by any chance.

Just a quick thought, check the printers defaults on the Print Server itself.

Start --> Settings --> Printers --> Right Click, Bus1laser --> Advanced Tab --> Printing Defaults.

* Set the paper size in there. It won't take effect for existing users, but when new people or installations add the printer it will.
