PRINTER WON'T MANUALLY FEED IN DOMAIN

We are using an HP 8150 on NT4 in a domain setup.( the users are logging onto the domain not a workgroup) When users are trying to print manually (in this case they want to do envelopes, but that is incedental) the printer will not manually feed. However when they do the same thing from a work group it works fine. Has anyone seen this, and have any ideas as to why it would happen.
