Printer Setup Craziness 1

v8.5...I'm having a problem with my printer setup options. I had to go in here yesterday to try to resolve another issue. Somehow I set up the default print options to print on Size 6x9 Envelope instead of 8.5x11 paper.

Now every time I go into Printer Setup, I can change it to 8.5x11 and everything looks good. But when my users run this report (through an app that uses a Crystal Viewer), it displays in 6x9 format.

When I go back into Printer Setup, it still says 8.5x11. If I click "Default Properties" nothing appears to change until I hit OK, at which point I realize that it has changed back to 6x9. How can I set the default back to 8.5x11?

Hi,
Check the printer settings in your control panel ( not just in CR)...set it to the desired default and open/resave the report.You may need to do this on your workstation and on the server where the report is located..
