PRINTER setting for ACCESS REPORT

hi, i created a report in access.adp.
i have set this report to "Default printer"
and the papersize is Legal. The report came
up fine and printed out fine on Legal paper
on my computer.

but when the app put on the user's desktop
it goes back to letter size automatically.
how can I make it stays at legal size
regardless whose computer it is on.

any idea? please help. thanks much for your time
and input

make your printer settings default to Legal. Use Settings---> Printers in Windows
