Printer selected is not valid

I have a client who has sporadic issues while running our application across Citrix. The application consits of an oracle database, execuatble and bpl files, all held on the same server.

Users on occasion get the following oracle errors:

Printer Selected is Not valid
Access violations for bpl files

I know for a fact this is not coming directly from our application's end as we have over 100 other clients who experience no issues whatsoever. I am a novice at Citrix, and would appreciate any pointers I could forward to our client's IT team that would help isolate these issues.

It tooks like the Citrix users at this client are not autocreating their printer sessions (ie a remapping of the client printing environment under Citrix), which seems to be causing your issue. Are all the users of this app at the site unable to print or just a select few. You will need to find out what Citrix version they are running, client level and what print drivers are being used on the printer and the client.
