Hi,

I have users A and B in OU X. Both of these users are member of Domain Users. Then I have users C and D in OU Y. These users also belong to Domain Users. Now, users C and D can't even connect to a printer that allows Domain Users to print, while A and B can. I have to manually add C and D to the printer's security. Why is this?

is Domain Users the only group they belong to? Do you just have one domain? Have you set any policies on these OU's?

Yes, Domain Users is the only group they are in and I have only one domain. Both OUs have the same policy (for now).

If you move user C into OU X, can he/she attach the printer? (allow some time for replication first) Trying to establish whether the OU is responsible...
