Printer Problem

About a year ago I installed a Win2K PC with an HP deskjet 640C printer. The user of this PC could print OK until a week ago. Whenever she tries to print nothing happens and there are no jobs in the print queue. She however, can map to another win2k PC with an identical printer and print to that printer. I, as an administrator can log onto to her PC and print to her printer. I tried replacing the driver but this did not help. I have also given the everyone group all the permisssions.

Try removing all the existing driver files and then reinstalling driver (if you go through Win2k printer troubleshooter - can start from help - this will prompt you how to do this after other options - which are worth trying as well - are exhausted). Had something similar with Epson printer which this fixed.
