I have 4 win2k machines in our planning department who are all printing to the same printer. The problem is tha on one machine the user loses their paper settings each time they log off. By this I mean that they set the printer to use A4 but when they log off and back on again it has defaulted back to letter. The other three machines work fine and as far as I can see are set up exactly the same. I have tried updating the driver but the problem still exists. Have also looked through technet but have not found anything to help. I would greatly appreciate any ideas on this one.
