Printer Installation Error

Hi All

I'm trying to install an IP configured HP 4100 Printer on a Win 98 Machine But the it's crashing with the following error on install

_INS5576 caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff7a138.

Are you running the install from the cd? Try installing using the add printer wizard from the printers applet in the control panel. When it wants you to select the printer type, choose have disk, and browse to the drivers folder on the cd. You may have to go down a few folder levels, hp cds usually have driver directories for mulitple languages. You could also download the latest drivers from hp's website, and try that. Also, try loading the pcl 5e driver, versus the pcl 6. PCL 6 drivers are more advanced, but many apps don't get along well with these drivers. If all else fails, you should be able to use an older driver set, such as a Laserjet II or Laserjet 4. Let me know.
