Printer generating jobs!!

I have a user on the network who also has a local printer attached to his machine. The problem is for the last two mornings when he powers up his machine it begans printing old jobs. These aren't jobs that were sitting in the print que from the previos day. Normally its jobs that have been printed but somehow are recreated on start up. I have deleted the printer and reinstalled it, I've even tried swapping out the printer but this problems still persists. This doesn't occur with any of the network computers. The jobs start before the user even logs on. Any suggestions?
