Printer Drivers become corrupted

We started using W2K Servers in January. Everything seemed to work fine. We have approximately 30 network printers. Since January, 4 of these printers seemed to have had their drivers corrupted on the W2K server.

Any ideas on what may be causing this?

How do we correct these? Our staff is currently loading the drivers locally on the PC's for these printers. I would like to correct the problem on the servers. It does not appear that deleting and re-adding helps.
