Printer driver will not install on one of my Citrix XP machines

I have 4 servers in my farm and for the life of me can not get the printer drivers loaded on one of these servers. The other 3 installed no problem.

I have tried to replicate it and have installed it by using the disk. The driver does show up as a driver when i go to add printer and try to add it from the OS i see the driver. but it does not show up in Citrix CMC!
I have bounced the print spooler that didnt work then i just rebooted the machine and still no luck.

what is causing this and how can i fix it.
