I am trying to install a local printer on LPT1. It is a Brother HL-1440. Once the install is almost complete I get the error "Printer Driver not Installed. Access is Denied." and the install fails. This happens no matter if I logged in as a Domain Admin, Local Administrator, or any other account. I can install network printers fine and can install software on this computer. It is runnnig Win XP Pro SP2, and I have disabled the firewall just in case. Any help would be great, this is a VP's laptop and really need to get this resolved. Thanks.
