Hello,

I am looking for a tool that will allow a user to print documents into a queue, that will then allow an administrator to authorize documents to print.

We're having issues that require this.

Just to take you through the steps of what I want:

1. A user clicks File...Print...
2. A message on the administrators computer appears with the document name, username, etc, etc along with an authorize or deny button. The admin decides on what prints.
3. Either the admin talks to the user about the print job or it prints!

We have an admin here that sits all day and is willing to do this. THe printer is not used much, but too much crap is being printed...

All printers are network based, with a local TCP/IP port on the local 2000 server machine, shared off the server. Each workstation connects to the printer share.

Thanks. :)

Any thoughts?
