Printer Config Lockdown

We have a color copy machine printer and we wanted to make it so that we install on the server and set the printer to black and white only. When the users share this printer we want to make it that they can't change the settings is this possible?

Thedre is a way, but it isn't included in the stardard ADMs, cause I have creatd one for this before. However, it is basically "ALLOW PRINTER CONFIGURATION", if you disable it, they can do nothing, not even change the paper orientation or print quality. Is there not a setting on the printer that lets you turn colour printing off?
What printer is it?
