Since I had to reinstall on a new computer my reports show options for Paper and Source in Spanish. What simple trick am i missing?

Printer Changes in Spanish

Since I had to reinstall on a new computer my reports show options for Paper and Source in Spanish. What simple trick am i missing?
Possibly the fact that Spanish is set in Windows Control Panel as preferred language on this particular machine?
Or some other Windows defaults?
