print to clipper to a tiff file

Tiff because we have a scanning system that scans documents in tiff file format - there are barcodes on these documents to help in the indexing of the scanned documents - I wanted to send the tiff files directly to the scanning indexing software -
But if TIFF format is a problem a PDF file format will Do - Therefore any suggestion how to do this ?
