print the result page

hi,
When I have a result page let's say about 10 records
how can I put these records in a nice print page?

I have an employee database in our intranet. My approach was to use a link for on screen display and another for "print". I just formatted the two pages differently with the print page obviously laid out so it prints well.

You can also do this on one page with some fancy CSS.
