The old print spooler crashing with a suss driver issue.
Here is a potential solution for you.
1. Find the printer causing the grief (easy to spot about a million print jobs in the queue)
2. Stop the Spooler.
2. Go to C:\winnt\system32\spooler\printers (c:\windows\system32\spooler\printers) for WIN2K3
3. Delete all .SPL files
4 Start spooler.
5 Either the printer causing the grief will have disappeared or you can then delete it.
6. Re-map the driver for something that works
Cheers
Scott
