Print runs off page in Outlook 2000 1

When I print "some" emails from Outlook 2000. Windows NT computer the print goes off the sheet. I tried printing to different printers, but it still comes out like Cr*p. My current work around - I have to manually change the margins.
Has anybody else seen this??

I've seen this in Outlook 2002, so it may be the same in 2000. The print margins for emails in HTML format are controlled by Internet Explorer (weird but true).

If margins in IE are metric, set to 15mm. If imperial, set to 0.5in.
