I am having SERIOUS print server issues.... I am running an old dog for a print server but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Our print jobs are not printing....all the time. sometimes they print just fine. They just sit there and spool until finally they say "Error". I am so frustrated I don't even know where to turn anymore. Any Ideas??? The only thing that I can see that's changed is that changed some dns servers on the DHCP scope option and installed a new HP Procurve Switch... I have setup a Print server on a different server and am getting the same results. HELPPPPPP

Most of the Printers are Gestetners. We have a few P7126, a 6112, etc. The print server is Win 2k Terminal Servr and the drivers are all PCL5.

How are you accessing the printers? Do they have IP addresses, or just installed locally on the server? How long has this been going on? You mention a dns server. What changed with that? Good luck.

I got it all figured out....They are Gestetners so I needed to use the print processor that emulates HP....HPPRN05. Thanks for the replies.
