Print Problem

Hi All,

I have an application running on two different computers. When I want to print a report and an envelope the printing behaves differently on both the computers. They are connected to the same printer. One of the printer work fine but other is not.

The problem is in printing envelope. IF I print my report and then print an envelope it gets printed on Potrait in place of Landscape. But if I print the envelope directly it is printed on landscape.

Can someone help?

If you go into Print Manager via the Start, Settings, Printers menu options, you may find that the Printing Preferences are set differently on the two respective workstations. Browse through these, and make sure tyhat they are consistent; specifically for the orientation properties (ie. prtrait vs landscape).
