Print Out Programming From RAD

Thanks to all for help in getting the RAD working!

Now, is there a way to print out all of the system's programming from the RAD? Maybe a way to decipher the backup file?

We have to do a major retrunking of the system and the old service guys didn't leave any record of the programming. I know I can manually lookup and fill out a set of programming sheets. I'm hoping someone has made a tool to do this.

What phone system model and software is it?

There is Work books in the ICS NRU folder you can use.

Open the correct workbook, then save it as CompanyName.xls
Select Configure from the ICS menu, fill in as much details you know about the system then select Acquire and highlite the options you want to extract....dont do everything or it will take hours and 100's of pages.
