Print Option Button (Excel)

Hi all,

I seem to have some problem when it comes to printing. The option button in my file seems to resize itself in print. How do I set it such that this doesn't happens.. Thanks in advance!

I'm not certain that the following relates to what you've described, but here's hoping...

If you're referring to a "macro button" or some other type of button that you're referring to as your "option button", then try the following...

a) Right-click on your "option button" (if it's a "macro button&quot, or if your button is a a "Text Box" that you've assigned a macro to, then right-click on the "edge" of the Text Box.

b) Choose "Format Control" (if it's a macro button) or choose "Format Text Box" if it's a Text Box.

c) Choose the "Properties" tab

d) Then choose the "Don't move or size with cells" option.

I hope this helps. Please advise as to how you make out.

It doesnt really matter whether I chose that option or not... still the same result... Any other suggestions?

Have you checked the following?

AutoFormat = false (property)

Font = (specify a different name & size than what appears)

Confirm your VIEW is 100% not 75% or any other.

created another optCtrl above/below and see if that one also resizes?
