Hi

I have an Epson C60 running on a network, connected to a print server box.

It works fine on the one computer, but on the other we have a problem.

I prints out a document correctly, but the document stays in the print queue. Any further documents you print just stack up behind it.

It is then very difficult to delete the print jobs.

We are running XP on the PC's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Dunno much about Epson printers, but I know that HP printers has to have bi-directional support enabled for the printer to feedback information to the PC sending a job to it. I could imagine something similar is required for the Epson printer. The bi-directional support ensures that the printer feedsback the PC that the job is done, hence delete the job from the spool quee.
