Print from 2 different reports

We needed to create a report where 1 page is portrait and 1 page is landscape. Our approach was to create 2 reports. The query that the reports are based on returns about 1,750 records. What we'd like to do is start the printing process and have page 1 of the first report print followed by page 1 of the second report....and so on through the records. Any suggestions on how we can accomplish this? Thanks in advance for any advice
