Print Embedded Views

I have a form which, at present, has an embedded view inserted witin it. It is set to show a single category only.

When the form is printed, some users do not receive the embedded view on the printout - a blank space where the view contents should be. The only connection I can see here is that the majority are running the earlier releases of R5. Other users, however (including myself), receive a printed copy with the embedded view leading off the right hand side of the page - ie columns are missing!

To combat the latter problem, I've attempted to place the embedded view in a table which has the 'fit to margins' option selected but this seems to make little difference.

Has anyone encountered problems like this before? Anyone know of a resolution?

I have come to the conclusion that I may have to write a lotusscript routine to collect all the document information and insert them into text fields using tabs and carriage returns - very messy.

Please help!

My first Lotus project is a printed form and as you know lotus printing capabilities have something to be desired. I have developed a lotus script on a print button that opens an excel template and inserts all the document information to specific cell locations. I don't know how this would work for an embedded object, but you could try!
