A user at my firm would like his emails that contain an attachment to print the attachment icon when printing the email. For instance I send him ToDo.xls as an attachment and nothing else in the body of the email except my signature. When he prints the email the printed sheet shows only my signature. He would like to to show something along the lines of:

From: User

To: Some User
Subject To Do List

TODO.XLS

User Frirm
City,State ZIP

This seemed to me like a very easy thing, but now I have spent over an hour trying to figure it out and haven't found any solutions. I appreciate any help you can provide!

Tools > Options > pick tab [Mail Format] Choose either Rich Text or Plain Text to see the attachment icons.

You won't see the icons with HTML
