Print Doesn't work in 98 but does in XP

I'm nearly done with a program but the print function doesn't work in windows 98 but it does in windows xp(very confused). I get the following error in 98:

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but if you could help it would be great. I'm using a printdocument to do my printing if that helps any.
