Print Dialog Box

Okay, here is an interesting one and I hope someone can help.
I have a user that whenever he brings up the print dialog box on his XP Pro workstation the print dialog box is more than full screen and he can not see the ok or cancel buttons. We have tried to reset the screen resolution with no luck. Does anyone know how to resize the print dialog box?

First, Upgrade the WSH Host software:

Second, apply Method #1:

Third, apply this Hotfix:

Reboot and test.
