I am fed up with the problem of how to select a printer when trying to print a report. What i want to do is click a command button which prompts me for print dialog box from print preview of a report. I created a macro which when runs prompts me for the Print dialog box. But i don't find any way to place this macro on a Custom Tool bar or Custom Menu. The command FILE from commands bar don't give the printer options in print preview and so can't be placed on Custom Tool bar. Also I cannot give the Full Menu and other startup settings to users.
Any help or suggestions or any samples will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards

Charley
