print date range on report

I have a report based on a query that prompts the user to enter a date range:

Between [Enter Start Date] And [Enter End Date]

There are no fields in the table called [start date] or [end date] but they are prompted to enter dates in the pop up box. I would like the dates they enter to appear in the footer of the report.

Can anyone help?
