Hi,
I'm sure this is an easy one. We print multi-page letters on single sides of paper. We have a set of "terms and conditions" (T&Cs) we print on the back of the first page of each letter. At the moment we pre-print paper with the T&Cs on the back and leave it in the printer. Ideally we would like to avoid this by printing the T&Cs on the back of the first page at the same time as printing the letter - we have duplex printers.
My question is - is this possible? Can we store the T&Cs in a seperate document (or somewhere) and print it on the back of the letter without worrying about it messing up the format of the letter in any way? (using some kind of custom VB code to handle the printing) We are using Office 2003.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
