Is there anyway to print all the calendars in outlook with the same settings? Each of our managers has multiple calendars, one for each association they manage. Every month we need to be able to print out all of the calendars in monthly style from the first of the month to the last day of the month. We can of course print them one at a time but it would save alot of time if there is someway to print them all. I have been reading about automation but i cant find anything in the outlook control that will print a calendar. Thanks for any help.

I can't find anything on it, either. Nothing in MSDN, nothing in terms of objects.

If there is a way to do it, I don't think VBA is the technique.

However, that doesn't mean we can't try to solve the challenge.

Can you define the desired behavior, step by step?

Since each manager (normally) has their own workstation, you want to go to each station, or conduct the process from the Outlook server or..........

Remember, the more you can define the desired outcome, the more likely someone will step in and provide assistance.

We do not have an outlook server everything is on individual workstations so it has to run on them. I have a list of what calendars each manager has in an access database because each manager has a different list of buildings/callendar names.

the steps would be
1. select callendar (example A001)
2. File Print
3. change print start range to 1st of month
4. change print end range to last day of month
5. print
6. select next callendar (A002, A005 etc.)
7. Continue steps 2-6 until all calendars have been printed

Now I can make this work using an access database and sendkeys but I really HATE using sendkeys because one little mistake and everything goes crazy then i get called to go fix it. Either someone will change the focus window while the program is running or a date setting wont be the same etc the list goes on for what can screw up sendkeys. So anyway other than that would be great.
